I help my clients take their wellness journey in to their own hands by empowering them to get out of their head and in to their body. I do this by providing space and compassionate touch allowing them to find peace so healing can occur. My name is Mari and I am a licensed massage therapist and birthworker.

A doula provides continuous emotional and physical support, as well as information and resources for the birthing person throughout their reproductive journey, and transition in to parenthood.
