Prenatal or Pregnancy Massage is a wonderful addition to your prenatal care during this trans-formative time. I work to address the common aches, pains and stress associated with pregnancy such as muscular tension, anxiety, continuous postural shifts, pelvic pain, nerve pain, and can even improve labor outcomes and more. You can enjoy your session starting in your first trimester, and I provide comfortable bolstering systems that allows me to work on you face down, reclined and in the side lying position.

After baby is born, it is easy to forget to take care of yourself. Postpartum or Postnatal Massage can be key in your recovery, as we work to alleviate the common pain points that come along with new motherhood. In these sessions we can relieve body aches from birth, muscular tension from child-feeding and newborn childcare, improve the regulation of postpartum hormones, improve sleep and more. Additionally baby will always be welcome in your session, for continued bonding and/or nursing.

In this session you’ll receive a full body massage with focus on creating harmony between mind, body and soul. I will guide your nervous system into relaxation to help with stress, depression, anxiety and fatigue. I will work with you to tailor your session to your specific needs. I specialize in light to medium pressure.

In this one-on-one Yomassage® session you’ll enjoy a blend of breath and mindfulness, stretch and massage. This is a unique way to cultivate connection, foster mindfulness and receive touch therapy on a regular basis. Includes hot towels and aromatherapy.

In a therapeutic session you will receive customized massage to alleviate pain, tension and discomfort. My practice uses embodied touch and movement to communicate with your body. My massage technique is intuitive and improvised, responding to your body’s needs. Every session is unique. I specialize in light to medium pressure.
